Our Above Ground Leaf Cover is made from a black woven 16x12 (weaves per inch) Polypropylene. It has a generous overlap of 400mm (15") and has a marine grade stretch cord sewn into the hem for easy fitting. The cover simply stretches over the pool top rail (like a big showercap!) and that's it. There are brass grommets fitted at 1.2 metre (4') spacings so you can tie down the cover if you want to use it with a pool cover float (to prevent debris from collecting on top of the cover).

BX Pump
Hurlcon's new premier high performance pump. Huge hair and lint bowl with 170mm wide and 230mm deep basket, 65mm and 50mm unions included and whisper quiet operation. Ramp on lid lock ring for easy removal and positive sealing. True carbon face mechanical seal. Suitable for demanding applications and smaller commercial pools and spas.

TX Pump
The TX Series Pump is Hurlcon’s whisper quiet pump designed to operate where high flow at high pressure is required. Suitable for in-floor cleaning systems, spa jets and demanding applications.
 

CX Pump
The CX Pump produces high flow rates with medium head and whisper quiet operation. One piece body for rigid construction and long life, heavy duty high strength materials, Funnel flow diffuser for laminar water flow All Australian made pump and motor.
 

FX Pump
The FX Series is a Flooded suction pump with no hair and lint pot. The smaller horsepower models are ideally suited for installation where reliability, quietness and efficiency are important. The larger horsepower models are designed for demanding applications where high water flows are required.

LX 300 Pump
The LX 300 has an extremely efficient 4 pole motor that operates at 1400 RPM. It produces 320 lpm at 30 kPa pressure. The noise output is an increadably low 52dBA at 1 metre distance. These pumps would be ideal in all applications where high pressure is not required. For Aquaculture industry, the LX 300 would be an excellent option as 24 hours operation is generally not an issue.

Filters

RX Media Filter
Hurlcon’s High strength HDPE seamless rotationally moulded RX filter contains larger tank capacity and higher flow rates enabling the pool water to be filtered more effectively in a shorter period of time, saving expense on pump operating costs.
 

E-Series Media Filter
The E-Series Media Filter is a seamless rotationally moulded HDPE Media filter that offers high strength and reliability at an affordable price. Incorporates inbuilt moulded base and careful tank design ensures even wall thickness providing strength and long term durability.
 

GX Cartridge Filter
High Capacity Cartridge Filter, 4 x 100 Sq Ft or 4 x 150 Sq Ft Elements for extended periods between cleaning, marine grade powder coated aluminium clamp band, 50mm inlet and outlet barel unions, oil filled pressure gauge, ideal for rural areas with limited water resources, or areas with water restrictions



ZX Cartridge Filter
The ZX Cartridge filter works very effectively in keeping the
water crystal clear. The high quality Dupont Reemay element works by filtering fine particles without embedding them in the
element while the lock ring band secures the removable lid
firmly, allowing quick and easy removal for cleaning.

Salt Chlorinators

VX Salt Chlorinator
Hurlcon VX Reverse Polarity Self Cleaning Salt Chlorinators mean continuously pure, shimmering, crystal clear water. Features includes 50mm water connections on cell housing, self cleaning by reversing polarity to maximize cell life and Electronic control with Genus IV Remote Control.

Genus Pool & Spa Controllers

The Genus Pool and Spa Controller is the ultimate in hassle free pool control, and the perfect accessory for any Hurlcon Heater. All Hurlcon Heaters incorporate Genus software control to operate a complete swimming pool or spa system by adding the Hurlcon Genus Control System.
 

Genus Heater Remote
The Heater Remote Controller allows for the gas heater to be turned off and on and two temperature settings for changing between pool or spa mode. Operates with Hurlcon Genus model heaters only.

Genus II FM Remote
The new Genus II based 4 channel FM remote with override switch to operate the filter pump. The other three channels will be switched only by the hand held remote transmitter. Available with and without timeclock.

Genus III Pool and Spa Controller
The Genus III Pool and Spa Controller can activate motorized valves which will changes your filtration system from pool to spa mode at the push of a button. Will also turn on external heating unit to desired programmable temperature using indoor control panel supplied. Controls up to 4 auxillary circuits.

Genus IV Pool and Spa Controller
Working in conjunction with a Genus model Gas Heater or Heat Pump, the Genus IV Pool and Spa Controller can activate motorized valves which will changes your filtration system from pool to spa mode at the push of a button. Will also turn on external heating unit to desired programmable temperature using indoor control panel supplied. Controls up to 4 auxillary circuits.

Additional FM Remote
FM Remote switches same functions as in house remote except for temperature adjustment. Can be added as additional feature to both Genus III and Genus IV Controllers.

X-Press Packs

Hurlcon X-Press Packs incorporate the latest technology in electronic controls and all matched equipment. Each Spa Pack includes a MX Series heater, full injection moulded filter, and either a TX Series or CX Series pump.

These components are precisely matched to ensure maximum performance and ease of operation. Airswitch controls or Genus IV electronic controls must be ordered separately.

Accessories

SX Spa Blower
Powerful two stage motor for high head performance designed to achieve very quiet operating levels. Available in two sizes (1020 or 1125 watts) plain, air switch or 3 speed complete with air switch.

Air Switch Controllers
Mechanical air switch controllers, suitable for up to 15 metres of air tube, 10 amp output per air switch. Does not include air button.

Air Switch Controllers
The Hurlcon 25 Amp Air Switch is designed to operate a pump and auxiliary appliance (light, blower, additional pump etc.). It provides an automatic filtration and temperature maintenance facility, and allows the spa user to operate the pump and auxiliary from the spa via air switch buttons which are connected to the controller by air tube. .

Zelbrite

Zelbrite is an advanced filtration media that out performs the traditional pool filtration mediums of sand and Diatomaceous Earth. Zelbrite upgrades standard sand filters into high performance water purifiers that are the lowest maintenance and easiest to use.

Higher dirt holding capacity and the ability to remove finer particles than traditional sand and DE filters provides cleaner water that is visibly brighter and clearer while saving water as backwashing requirements are reduced.

Zelbrite performs chemical ion exchange to absorb ammonia making the pool water safer and more appealing. Zelbrite can be simply recharged by your local pool shop to keep it performing at its best.

Spa Jets & Fittings

The Aquaselect spa system lets you select the perfect spa in every way. The system includes adjustable air and water jets, air controls, air buttons and safety suctions.
